Rainbow programme

We had hoped to run the programme starting at the end of September but with the continuing Covid crisis, it appears unlikely that this will now go ahead. We will continue to liaise with Rainbows Ireland on when it may be safe/recommended to run the programme again and an update will be posted here when the situation becomes clearer.

Counselling during Covid crises

Please note that no face to face counselling can take place at this time. However we are still taking referrals to our mobile 087 3902661

If you feel it would help to speak to a counsellor please contact the centre on the above number. Leave your name and contact number and a counsellor will give you a call. You can choose then to receive counselling over the phone or ask for a check- in call from the counsellor. You will then be offered face to face counselling when the situation resolves.

Please note we are happy to take referrals for Under 18’s but are not in a position to offer phone counselling sessions to this age group.

STAY SAFE

Covid-19 implications for St Michael’s

The centre is closed to the public and to all groups due to the present situation. This will have huge implications for St Michael’s as we depend on our rent of rooms to fund the administration of the centre.

Sincere thanks to all individuals groups and support groups who use our centre and make it possible for us to provide the service we do. We apologise to you for any inconvenience our closure will cause but we hope you will return to us when this is all over.

At present we hope to pay our staff for March but more than likely we will not be  in a position to do so fully in April.

Everything is in a state of flux but health both physical and mental are the priorities.

Once again we hope to see all our supporters and friends return to us in the not too distant future

Thank You

Management and Staff
