Yoga Nidra with Emma Kennedy

Yoga Nidra is a highly effective and gentle practice known to reduce tension, anxiety and stress symptoms in the body whilst developing a deeper mind-body-soul connection through presence and awareness. Classes will include gently breathwork and guided meditation and can be done lying down or seated.

8 Mondays at 10.3 -11.30 starting 21st March. Cost: €80 for 8 weeks.

Introduction to the Enneagram with Therese Ryan

The Enneagram is a tool for self understanding and growth. This Introductory workshop will introduce people to the background of the Enneagram. We will examine how the 9 numbers of the Enneagram present to us, how they relate to others, and understand why each number behaves in a particular way. We will explore the special gift of the Enneagram and finish the weekend with greater compassion for ourselves and each other.

Saturday 14th and 21st May 10–4.30. Cost: €100 for the two days

A Follow-on weekend will take place in the Autumn for people who already know their Enneagram type

Community Garden

The Community Garden course will resume on Thursday afternoons from 3-5pm from late April with Eoin Craven the tutor and some new and regular faces. The course is 10 weeks in duration and those enrolled can, if they wish, continue with the garden until Autumn. If you are interested in growing your own food and enjoy the outdoors please enrol as soon as possible as the course can only go ahead if enough people are interested
